Having received ecstatic notices for his debut solo album, ‘Heartbreaker’ (Cooking Vinyl), the former Whiskeytown frontman has cemented his reputation as the best ‘new Bob Dylan’ around with some take-no-prisioners live appearances – not least at the Borderline last November.
